1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, but typically range from:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Note: Estimated delivery times do not account for potential delays outside our control, such as customs or weather-related delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping
We currently do/do not offer international shipping. (Adjust based on actual service provided.) If applicable, please note that international orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and personal care items.
Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to item availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
